10:00 - 10:10 warm up 10:10 - 10:25 suicides speed and fitness 10:25 - 10:40 passing through the gates - accurate passing drill 10:40 - 10:50 Nascar dribling drill 10:50 - 11:00 Dodgeball two games - improved passing & agility 11:00 - 11:15 Killer whale - defense and dribbling 11:15 - 11:25 Bulldog - dribbling, ball retention, defending 11:25 - 11:45 Game 11:45 - 11:50 Cool down - coaches pick trainers of the week.

The training plan was completed. We started with a lap of the big pitch in UCD so if you arrived late there would have been nobody there.
